PolyCraft does not require registration, sign-in, or creating a profile. We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any other direct personal identifiers.
To run, the App stores the following information locally on your device (this data is not sent to any of our servers, since the App has no backend of its own):
This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App. The "Reset progress" and "Reset achievements" buttons in Settings let you clear the corresponding data manually without uninstalling the App.
| Permission | Why it's needed |
|---|---|
| Photos/media access | So you can pick your own photo to create a puzzle from ("Create Puzzle" feature). The file is read only at the moment you select it and is then copied locally. |
| Vibration | Haptic feedback when a puzzle piece is placed correctly. |
| Internet access | Needed to show ads (see Section 5) and to process purchases through Google Play (Section 6). |
The App may display ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect the following data to serve and personalize ads:
This data is processed by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can limit ad personalization in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).
The App offers a paid Premium option that removes ads entirely.
Purchasing the Premium version is processed through Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment card details — all payments are handled directly by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for:
Both services belong to Google LLC and are governed by Google's own privacy policies.
The App is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not request or require personal data from any user.
Because of third-party services (AdMob, Section 5), it is technically impossible to fully guarantee that no user under 13 will ever use the App. However, the App has no backend servers and we do not hold any personal data ourselves — so there is nothing on our side to delete. If you believe a child has used the App:
Since the App's core data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, the risk of unauthorized access is limited to the security of the device itself.
You may, at any time:
If you live in the EU/EEA, the UK, California, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.): since the App has no backend servers and stores no personal data outside your own device, the rights these laws grant (access, correction, deletion, portability) are already fully available to you directly, as listed above — there is no separate request process to go through, because there is no server-side record to look up. For anything related to AdMob's advertising data specifically, use Google's own controls (Section 5/8).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the App's update notes on Google Play.
